  1. General Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, occasionally, a stock discrepancy may prevent us from fulfilling all items in your order. In this event, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding the backordered item to see if you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

  2. Product Types

  • Made-to-Order Products: Certain items are crafted specifically for your order. Production times vary but generally take between 7-14 business days before shipping.

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: These items are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with your purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost.

  2. No Returns or Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there is a valid warranty claim. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

  3. Delivery Terms 5.1 Domestic Shipments: Typically 2-7 days in transit. 5.2 International Shipments: Typically 4-22 days, depending on the courier selected at checkout. 5.3 Dispatch Times: Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days. For made-to-order items, add production time to the delivery estimate.

  4. Change of Delivery Address Requests for a change of address can be accommodated before the order is dispatched.

  5. P.O. Box and Military Address Shipping We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses using USPS only. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

  6. Items Out of Stock For orders including out-of-stock items, available products will be reserved while we await restocking. Customers may choose to receive the order in parts or wait for all items to be available.

  7. Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery times exceed expectations, we will notify customers via email or social media updates. Feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions.

  8. Tracking Notifications Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment’s progress.

  9. Duties & Taxes 11.1 Sales Tax: Already included in the displayed product prices. 11.2 Import Duties & Taxes: May apply to international shipments. Customers are responsible for these costs. If refused, the goods will be returned at the customer's expense, minus the original shipping cost.

  10. Cancellations Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

  11. Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value provided by the courier.
